You Should Know

1. Getting 2 roof estimates is OK - not 3 or more. 2 are good to compare one price to another.
2. The auto caulks or plumbing boots that go over your plumbing pipes coming out of your roof should be metal at the base and not rubber – that will deteriorate in a matter of 2 years or less that will create a leak.  They are called roof flashings.  Most homebuilders put this cheap vent on an expensive home – don’t let them!
3. Ridge Vent is much more effective for roof ventilation than using turbine vents or other bulky type vents.
4. Ice and water shield is recommended around the roof edge perimeter and in the valleys and around the chimney
5. A laminate or architectural shingle will increase your home value and the upgrade only costs $10 a square more.

6. We will not exceed homeowners insurance proceeds. We work with your insurance company to ensure you receive all the benefits you are entitled to.

Most estimates are free, but there is a charge for roof evaluations and to set up a roof maintenace program for your home or commercial property.  This entails going over the roof and inspecting all the vents, valleys, ridge, chimney, skylights; checking for missing or loose shingles and giving a detailed report on the life expectancy of the existing roof.

We will be offering gift certificates from Chili's  and Hideaway Pizza  to give to customers when a job is complete and paid in full.  We also give out $50 to anyone who refers us and we get the signed contract for the job.
